  Worst company. The owner is a complete lier and does not keep his word. I was told that my watch would be ready same day and didn't receive a call. I was upset so called before they closed and they told me it won't be ready until a couple days. Couple days later I still didn't receive a call so I went out of my way to go to the shop to ask if my watch was ready and again was not ready and he assured me he would call me when it's ready in a few days. This was during the holidays so I forgot about my watch weeks later I stopped by and he said oh it's ready for you and I asked why didn't I receive a call and he responded with it's the customer responsibility to call back. So I responded so if I never called than what would have happened. He said I would have called you if it passed 12 months. To top it off when he returned my watch there was a peice missing and he told me that's how he got the watch. I asked him if he has cameras and he replied with yes I do. I said perfect I will stop by to view cameras with you and he told me I already did. I said well I want to see it myself and he told me well I don't have access to those films anymore since it has been over 30 days. I responded with how did you see the film than? He said said I didn't I just wanted to tell you that. Complete lier and even his wife or co worker even argued with him and put him on check because he never called me. What a complete joke!!
